Hi Seth, I think the first thing you need to do is like yourself. Try to be happy and treat people like you would expect to be treated yourself. Join exiled clan and meet other people, as we are a very good bunch of people and that's a good factor to. For low esteem play with your willy that makes you forget about the bad things in life. If you are in a relationship have sex that's the best thing for you. Drugs and alcohol are depressants, which make you feel bad about yourself. So my answer to your question be happy. Hi trisk, I think it's a confidence issue. Some people find it hard to talk to someone they don't know or can't see. We are all human and have different problems that worry us. I think you need to over come this fear by taking small steps. This is a great clan and everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dear Simon, I have a problem. Whenever i go to the Waterfront or Observatory i always catch some kind of bug. They follow me around everywhere and i cant get rid of them no matter how fast i run. I even try to hide on top of buildings or around corners only to look if its safe and have a bug latch onto my face. Can you please, please help me. I have tryed changing my deodorant so i know its not that.

Hi,sienna, that's a pretty large problem you have. First of all clean all bollock area, then clean penis properly. Then clean your bum hole properly because the bugs love clinkers. There is one more thing I can think of is change your aftershave. There is one rule I make to myself is after cleaning bum hole don't pick your nose after, always wash hands first.

I used to be really shy when talking to other people but what I found helped me with my confidence is pushing myself to go outside of my comfort zone. Once I did that I realized it's not as difficult as it seems  |

Hi Phoenix.....it sounds to me you are rather obsessed with this Mary Jane and she is not good for you especially to your bank balance and that is never a good thing in my opinion . You will need to to find something more healthy to do with your hands and tongue . I always find a banana works well in these situations. Failing that grab your misses and give her a good sorting out...that should take ur mind off Mary Jane and tire you out....will leave the finer details to your imagination....hope this helps
